We have made these kits up from our crystals in the shop, this one is to help with the grief and loss.

- Clear Quartz: Uplifts the lower vibrations of pain and suffering and transmutes them into higher healing vibrations.
- Rose Quartz: Allows self-love; an important part of the grieving process.
- Snowflake Obsidian: Supports you through coming to terms with loss and that which is hard to accept.
- Rainbow Moonstone: Helps to overcome grief by helping with acceptance of your loss.
Once you have cleansed your crystals, sit holding them, and visualise what you want them to help you with, this is called programming your crystals so they work on the same vibration as you.
Carry them with you, in your pocket, on your body, to be with you all the time.
Don't forget to charge them up on full moon nights by placing on your window ledge to soak up the moon !
