We have made these kits up from our crystals in the shop, this one is to help with the Menopause.
- Moonstone: Balances hormones, calming the roller coaster ride of your emotions, easing stress and anxiety.
- Fluorite: Helps to remove mental fog and gives feelings of calm.
- Lepidolite: Helps to stabilise mood swings by balancing hormones and emotions.
- Unakite: Balances the reproductive system.
Once you have cleansed your crystals, sit holding them, and visualise what you want them to help you with, this is called programming your crystals so they work on the same vibration as you.
Carry them with you, in your pocket, on your body, to be with you all the time.
Don't forget to charge them up on full moon nights by placing on your window ledge to soak up the moon !
