We have made these kits up from our crystals in the shop, this one is to help with the sleep.

- Selenite: Cleanses the mind of negative thoughts and memories. Represents what your ideal mindset should be before you head to bed: calm and clear.
Once you have cleansed your crystals, sit holding them, and visualise what you want them to help you with, this is called programming your crystals so they work on the same vibration as you.
Carry them with you, in your pocket, on your body, to be with you all the time.
